Since March, 2006, the DOW has only had consecutive weeks of relative flatness (like our past two weeks of the DOW) 16 times. For 75% (12 times) of those case, the DOW increased significantly in the week that followed. In fact, it increased an average of 2.2% and 42% of the time it increased more than 2%.

The 4 times the DOW decreased after consecutive flat weeks, it only decreased minimally.
